Refund and Returns Policy

At Leptopwala.com, we aim to ensure your satisfaction by delivering fully functional, quality-checked refurbished laptops. However, in rare situations, returns and refunds may be necessary. Please review our policy below.

✅ Eligibility for Return/Refund

A return or refund is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is completely non-functional
  • Physical damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery (with clear photo/video evidence)
  • A wrong product (wrong model/specs) was delivered to you

❌ Non-Eligibility for Return/Refund

We do not offer refunds or returns in the following situations:

  • If you change your mind after receiving the product
  • If the product is damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • If the return request is raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • If the buyer installs unauthorized software or opens the product

🔁 Return Process.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Mention your Order ID, share photo/video proof, and describe the issue clearly
  4. Our team will respond within 24 working hours to guide you through the return process
  5. Replacement Time Frame: If replacements and Exchange are accepted, then It will get delivered to you within 5-7 working days

💸 Refund Timeline & Mode

  • Refund policy:If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your bank account within 1-2 working days.
  • Refund will be made to the original payment method (UPI, Bank, etc.)
  • A return handling fee of ₹500 may be deducted from the refund (only if the product is returned without fault)

📦 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a Leptopwala.com error (wrong or damaged product), we will arrange reverse pickup
  • If the return is due to customer-side issue, return shipping must be arranged and paid by the buyer

📌 Important Notes

  • Ensure unboxing is recorded via video — it helps in case of disputes
  • Refunds will not be processed until we receive and inspect the returned product
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
