Cancellation Policy

At Leptopwala.com, we understand that circumstances may change and customers may need to cancel their order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and transparent.

❗ Order Cancellation – Before Dispatch

  • You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

If your order is not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and refund your payment to the original source.

🚚 Order Cancellation – After Dispatch

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery is completed.

💸 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (in case of successful cancellation) will be initiated within 5–7 working days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, bank transfer, etc.)

📌 Important Notes

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders cannot be canceled after dispatch
  • We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or bulk orders at our discretion
  • For orders canceled due to out-of-stock or operational issues from our end, a full refund will be issued
